Sterilization: Before use, thoroughly clean the scrotum ring using alcohol or boiling water.
Lubrication: Apply a moderate amount of lubricant to both the scrotum ring and the scrotum.
Wearing: Use a wrench to loosen the screw and remove the slider. Stretch the scrotum and place the weighted ring at the base of the penis. Adjust it to a comfortable position, then reattach the slider and tighten the screw.
